Step by step - how to claim a product?
  • Complaint form(download HERE – .PDF format) – print and fill in thoroughly. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept a claim without the attached form or with an incorrectly completed document.
  • If you do not have the possibility to print out a claim form, you can also write it out by hand according to the template.
  • Send the claimed goods together with the claim form to:

  • Please do not send parcels to us COD, we do not have the technical possibility to receive them
  • You send the product you are complaining about at your own expense and responsibility. Therefore, please choose a safe delivery method, e.g. use a courier or send the parcel by registered mail.
  • In the case of a justified claim, the damaged goods will be repaired or exchanged for another (full-value) one, and if this is not possible (e.g. the product is out of stock) – we will refund you the value of the product price.
  • Complaints are processed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the claimed product.
  • In the case of a justified claim, the damaged product will be repaired or replaced with another (full-value) product, and if this is not possible (e.g. out of stock) – we will refund you the value of the product price.

Return of goods

Step by step - how to return a product?
  • If you have placed an order you can return the goods in the classic way and send the parcel at your own expense. Please fill in the return form enclosed with the parcel. You can download it HERE
  • Please send the unused packed goods together with the form to the following address. We are unable to accept parcels sent by other means.

  • Remember:* Please attach the completed “Returns Form” or “Withdrawal Form” to your package.
  • * Refund takes 5-14 days in accordance with applicable law from receipt of your shipment.
  • We do not refund the postage costs associated with returning the goods to you.
  • * Please do not send us cash on delivery – we do not have the technical possibility to receive such shipments.
  • * Due to the security of the parcel and the speed of its delivery, we recommend sending the goods by courier company or by post using the option “Confirmation of dispatch” or “Registered parcel”.
  • * You do not need to enclose proof of payment.

  • If you want to exchange your goods for another one, we offer you a quick and easy exchange method. Just send us the product you want to exchange (see the detailed procedure in the Returns section). In the meantime, you can create a new order for the product you want.

As soon as your parcel arrives, we will refund you for the original goods within 5 to 14 days, in accordance with current legislation, of receipt of your parcel.
