When will my package be shipped and what is the expected delivery time?

Shipments received on weekdays before 13:00 are dispatched the same day. In exceptional cases, goods may be dispatched the next working day.

Should the delivery time be unexpectedly extended and your order has not been delivered within five working days, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support via email. We will be happy to help you resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Shipments received during weekends and holidays are processed and shipped on the next working day.

In the event of an error on our part in processing your order, we undertake to cover all associated costs for the replacement of the product.

We do not currently offer the option of personal collection of orders. Thank you for your understanding and we trust that our delivery options will meet your needs.
